The British International School of Jeddah (BISJ) is seeking a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will lead the school’s business development initiatives, focusing on revenue growth, community engagement, and external partnerships. You will oversee lettings operations, driving advertising efforts, and managing strategic partnerships to align with the school’s mission and vision. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement business development plans to increase revenue and enhance the school’s presence.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
· Lead market research, benchmarking, and the creation of high-impact business proposals to drive revenue growth.
· Oversee lettings operations, ensuring client satisfaction and maximising revenue.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop annual campaigns and maximise exposure.
· Lead corporate engagement and sponsorship opportunities.
· Mentor and guide a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
· 5 + years of experience in business development or event management, with 3 + years in a leadership role.
· Proven success in generating revenue and building partnerships in a school environment.
· Strong leadership and team development skills.
· Expertise in market research, data analysis, marketing, and advertising.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms.
