Sports and Athletics

Sport plays an integral part in developing well-rounded students and we are passionate about fostering a thriving sports culture where every student can excel.

Through sport, students not only develop their athletic abilities but also learn important life skills. We encourage all students to take part in sport, since it is a great way to:

  • Promote Teamwork
  • Foster Unity
  • Develop Leadership Skills
  • Enhance Overall Personal Growth

“The school is helping me become more confident through all the competitions it hosts, making sure everyone feels good. If I get a bad mark on a test, they always help me improve.” Thomas, Y7-1

Whether on the field, in the pool, or on the track, our students embody the spirit of sportsmanship and strive for excellence in all endeavours. Our competitive sports programme includes:

  • Football
  • Athletics
  • Volleyball
  • Netball
  • Cross-Country
  • Swimming
  • Badminton

Coached by dedicated professionals, our competitive teams, known as The Stingrays, learn the value of perseverance, respect, and the thrill of competition.

Our Stingrays teams showcase their talents both regionally and nationally. For example, we proudly participate in the Red Sea Athletics (RSAC) regionally, compete at the national level in SAIKAC, and even offer international opportunities through the BSME competitions.
