Swimming

Swimming is a key part of the BISJ sports programme. In Early Years, children begin with water safety, confidence-building, and basic techniques like floating and kicking in a supportive environment. 

As they progress, swimming remains central to their physical education, developing endurance, technique, and a love for the sport.  From beginner to advanced levels, our programme fosters confidence and skill, ensuring students are strong, capable swimmers ready for both competitive and lifelong swimming enjoyment.
